Refund & Return Policy
At Inkfinity, every product is made-to-order exclusively for you. Because of this unique production model, we do not hold stock or resell returned items. To keep prices fair and reduce waste, our policy is as follows:
1. Returns & Exchanges
- We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or personal preference.
- Please review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
2. Reporting an Issue
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@inkfinity.io within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a photo of the product showing the issue.
- Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or, if unavailable, issue a refund.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will only be processed if a replacement cannot be provided.
- All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@inkfinity.io.
